Hi! I'm Stephanie. I'm so excited you're here.

It has been my life long passion to explore our relationship with food and body. Having healed from intense digestive issues, a broken relationship with food, and a sense of mistrust of my body, I understand the pain, the tears, the sorrow, the frustration, and the anxiety that can arise around what, when, and how we eat and how our food choices affect how we feel about our body.

I have been supporting others for the past 10 years release judgment around their food and body to feel more empowered, confident, in control, and at home in the skin they are in. I teach how to cultivate a trusting and loving relationship with oneself through identifying the difference between physical and emotional hunger to discover a unique way of nourishing one's body and life. 

I have my Masters Degree in Body Psychotherapy from Naropa University. I’m also certified as a Health Coach, Mind Body Eating Coach, and Yoga Instructor. I have been published in the International Body Psychotherapy Journal on Cultivating A Relationship With The Gut Brain here. I have supported individuals with weight and body image issues, emotional eating, binge eating, inflammation, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, digestive issues, relationship issues, and creating peace around old wounds.

Chapter 1: Eating


In the first month, we will be focusing on food clarity. This means getting clear on what foods, eating rhythm, and environments support you in feeling deeply satiated, grounded, and energetic in your life.

Food can then become our go to when we are not feeling seen, heard, acknowledged, appreciated, and loved. By cultivating awareness of how different kinds of hungers physically and emotionally feel in our body, we can more accurately respond to our hungers in a more satiating way.

In the third month, we will be focusing on how you feel in your body. Our sensations are guiding us. It is often when we resist, push away, and numb out to our emotions and sensations is when they increase with intensity. When we embrace our sensations and emotions, the intensity can dissipate where we can invite in curiosity to explore what satiating act is needed and possible in that moment.
It is time to make your body your ally and friend.
